By the end of February 2018 more than 70% of work has been completed. The building structure is now finished from level 48 to 51. Unit architecture is complete for level 40-43 and sanitation systems are being constructed for levels 42-45. Visavapat Co. Ltd. continues to oversee all structural and architectural construction work. Tri-En Solution Co. Ltd. remains in charge of electrical, communications, sanitation, and firefighting systems, including other subsystems.
